I want to thank you for your candid thoughts on the matter of women in journalism (or any industry which is predominately male by either fact or perception). I have two young daughters, and the world they are entering needs to be one in which the idea of “people with people” is preferred over “one kind versus or above another kind.” It is not a matter of should be or could be. It is a matter of must be.
